Active Seniors ASY – free classes for seniors 60+

Last updated: 12.10.2026

Fundacja Dzika Lekcja invites seniors (women and men aged 60+) from the rural commune of Obrowo, and especially residents of Zębowo and the surrounding area, to participate in a free series of sessions. The aim is to counteract loneliness, spend time pleasantly, promote integration and mutual exchange of experiences.

A permanent 15-person group of seniors is invited to participate – especially socially inactive people, those living alone and the oldest age groups (80+, 90+). The group is continuously accompanied by a qualified assistant.

The project runs from 15 August to 31 December 2026, meetings on average once a week at the Manor in Zębowo (Zębowo 59), provided by the Municipality of Obrowo.
