Comfort Superior rooms are on the 1st floor of the Osada II building, which also houses the Wellness Area. Nearby is the fishing lake Wapionka, a few steps away is parking no. 2, and about 100–150 m further — the Karczma Młyn restaurant and a private beach. From the windows you can see Lake Wapionka, the surrounding greenery and the shared part of the complex.

This is an option for couples and individual or business guests who value comfort and tranquility. Thanks to the fold-out armchair, the room is also suitable when travelling with a child.
