Gingerbread Story – gingerbread-making workshops

Last updated: 12.10.2026

At the "Gingerbread Story" workshop we tell the gingerbread-making history of Brodnica, and then each participant creates a gingerbread called a gościniec, gilds it and takes it home.

We run the sessions based on scientific knowledge, provide all materials, and adapt the way the sessions are conducted to the age of the participants.

Workshops can take place at the Monastery Gate in Brodnica, in schools, kindergartens and educational institutions, in institutions and during outdoor events.
